- Account Information: When you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive your email address and name to create your account and identify you.
- User Content: We store the data you create within the app, such as parcels, shopping lists, and household information, to sync it across your devices and share it with your household members.
- Images: We access your photo library only when you explicitly choose to upload a screenshot for parcel tracking. These images are processed to extract tracking information.
2. Data Usage
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality.
- To sync your data across devices and with other household members.
- To improve the App's performance and fix bugs.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to help us operate the App:
- Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication.
- Sentry: For crash reporting and error tracking to improve stability.
- PostHog: For anonymous usage analytics to understand how the App is used.
- Google & Apple: For secure sign-in authentication.
- OCR Providers (Google Cloud Vision / OpenAI): To extract text from uploaded screenshots. Images are processed and then discarded or stored securely depending on the provider's policy, exclusively for extraction purposes.
4. Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the delete account option within the App settings.
